Eva Ballin is an attorney at the Nice Bar. She practices primarily in criminal law and white-collar crime, where law meets real life, its tensions, its urgencies, its risks. Trained for two years at the Institut de Sciences pénales d'Aix-en-Provence, graduating with honors, she also holds two Masters degrees — in business law and financial crime — as well as a DESU in economic criminal risk. She enriched this academic background with experience in compliance and anti-money laundering at a Big Four firm in Luxembourg, before joining a white-collar crime law firm in Monaco.

She was trained by Maître Joseph COHEN SABBAN as well as Maîtres Steeve RUBEN and Marie VIOLLEAU in Paris, then by Maître Sophie JONQUET in Nice. Having also lived in Singapore and Dubai, Eva Ballin possesses an international perspective that enriches her practice. She works equally well in French and English, with the same rigor and standards.

Since January 2025, she has been practicing at a Nice firm primarily dedicated to criminal law, as a collaborating attorney, while developing her own practice.
